Melinda Wedel Sheffield (the youngest of the Wedel family) contacted Shirley Weber Dickson regarding the death of her brother, Lawrence.
We couldn't find an obit to confirm, however, I just spoke to Larry's oldest sister, Connie, who graduated with Hal Morgans in 1963 and she confirmed that Larry passed on New Year's Eve 2003 of a massive heart attack. His twin, Anne, lives in North Carolina near Connie.
Larry was married and raised 3 children. His wife had a freak sitation and went into a coma for 10 years until she passed. He remarried the nurse who took care of his wife who had 3 daughters and raised them as his own.
He is missed by his family and friends. |
